The Doctor is In Primary Care Plan emphasizes preventive health and offers unlimited access to our Board Certified Pediatrics, Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Gynecology doctors and nurse practitioners for only $299.00 per person, per year (THAT’S $24.91 PER MONTH), with a $20.00 co-pay for each visit.

The Doctor is In Primary Care Plan includes: 

·   A personalized membership card that allows access to the plan.

·   Unlimited primary care doctor visits; we are open 7 days a week and offer evening and weekend appointments.

·   During business hours, same-day appointments available when you are sick.

·   An annual complete physical and prevention visit which includes electrocardiogram, urine analysis, and a comprehensive 40-item blood test panel.

·   Free x-rays at The Doctor is In facility

·   Low cost or free medications when available

·   Free vaccines for all children under the age of 18.
