At The Doctor is In, we bring the same expert medical care patients receive in our Urgent Care - Walk in Clinic, right to your home. Our nurse practitioner, working with our physicians, makes house calls upon request. Our house call service offers a sophisticated level of coordinated medical care which makes it possible to take care of complex medical problems such as cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, strokes, heart conditions, emphysema and asthma, so that the disabled and elderly may remain at home in a comfortable environment. We also provide care for patients in assisted living and adult medical daycare facilities, as well as oversee and coordinate care given by home health aides, nurse’s aides, private duty nurses and a visiting nurse service.
